Terms of Service

These terms explain the straightforward rules for using Nexarch. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.

Who we are

Nexarch is operated by Blackbird Corporation in Ireland. For questions about these terms, billing or your account, contact nexarchapp@outlook.com.

The service

Nexarch is a private, paid workspace for organising businesses, websites, domains, links, accounts, notes, tasks, goals, learning and website status. It is designed to help you keep operational information in one place; it does not replace specialist legal, financial, security or monitoring tools.

Your account

A new Nexarch account is created only after successful payment. You must provide accurate account details, keep your login credentials secure, and use one account for one person. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Plans and billing

The Europe plan is €7.99 per month or €79 per year. The United States plan is $9.99 per month or $119 per year. Plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with advance notice; the new price will apply from a future renewal, not retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

You can cancel from Settings through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not refund unused subscription time. If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may have a statutory withdrawal right for a distance service contract. When you expressly ask us to provide access immediately after payment, we may charge for the service supplied during that period and your withdrawal rights may be affected only as applicable law permits. To exercise a statutory right or ask about a billing issue, email us before the end of the applicable period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nexarch for illegal content or activity, abuse other people, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or overload, probe or break its systems. Do not store credentials, secret keys or recovery codes in ordinary workspace notes.

Your content and data

You own the content you add to Nexarch. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Workspace data is kept while your account is active or until you delete it. After deletion, active account and workspace records are removed, subject only to limited provider backup cycles and records we must keep for legal obligations, security or legal claims.

Availability and website status

Nexarch is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every moment. Website-status checks are informational only and must not be relied on as a guarantee that a website, domain or service is operating correctly.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security risk, or use Nexarch unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your plan and deleting your account.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexarch and Blackbird Corporation are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Nexarch in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and disputes are subject to the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, law or our operations change. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice through the service or by email. Continuing to use Nexarch after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
